We should begin a public works project in dirty major cities or cities with old pollution to cleanse the air. I propose as part of a large building to purposefully engineer a wind tunnel and lead that wind tunnel to both a small wind farm and an active filter system, powered by the farm.

We could have a huge ionic breeze in New York, the kind with an active ionized strip, to suck the mold and soot from the air and collect it into a chute for processing or removal using a motorized wiper bar.

This would improve air quality and the healthy lives of individuals. It has recently been found in scientific journals that 40% of world deaths are caused by pollution.

Ethyl mercury is put in numerous innoculations, including hepatitis B to make the injection bacteriostatic. It is inexpensive. Instead of using ethyl mercury, containing a neruotoxin, to stabilize injections for developing humans, we could sterilize and seal them before injection or use one of these, which would cost only pennies more per injection. That is a price I would be willing to pay.

Considering the massive quantity of pervasive spectrum disorders, banning mercury and lead is a good option. It can be done in this nation and the world.

I do not enjoy using certain soaps and conditioners on the market because I can feel them cut the grease on my body, and then I recognize the effects of the -ol molecule as it *enters my body* through eyes, mouth, nose, and I can feel it as it 'cuts the grease' inside my kidneys.

It is a very unpleasant experience. The agents in the bathroom products are quite pervasive. They probably are associated with certain kinds of semi-hormonal or pre-hormonal chemical messengers, to produce an addictive emotional feeling or other neurological or chemical function.

The same story can be told of certain chemical smell agents and perfumes, some colognes. They are alcohol based and have agents that dissolve in alcohol. These enter the body as aerosol through the lungs, eyes, or nose, and produce chemical chain reactions inside the body that are unnatural and unpleasant if you can detect them. Many do not have the perception to feel subtle effects inside their own body.

These products, and the body and mind itself, should be studied without overarching commercialism which seeks to dominate the mind and body. If we medically understood the workings of the body and mind as advertisers and chemical engineers working for commercial organizations understand them, which the FDA and ADA likely do not encourage, we would leap ahead 200 years in medical science and psychology.

While I'm here, I want to consider what tactics I might use against someone mangled in a serious auto accident. I am going to presume a critical but stable condition with a severed leg, organ damage, shattered bones in the arm.

If the organ is stable enough, I may seek to have the patient's stem cells or a sample of the organ or combo grown into a new organ for the patient, which could take weeks. If necessary, a 'flash organ' could be installed in its place with immune system suppressors until the patient's new organ could be grown and harvested for implantation. This organ would be difficult to reuse because of the prevalence of viral infections and other contaminations. A simple mechanical device could suffice, or blood dialysis, or other temporary methods for most organs for this duration. A 3D printer using stem cells on a protein framework with a tiny sample or spattering of samples of the organ inside to guide cell growth might be just the thing to produce the replacement. These master switches will be found for all kinds of stem cells and cell types, as surely as there is DNA and intracellular chemical messengers. Cell growth may be speeded by using electromagnetic fields.

We may also want to study the unique magnetic field emitted by each cell type and each organ, and by various states of illness.

Immunology is an important part of healing and growth. How could an organ or our stem cells grow quickly or well if they were not in our presence? They are not designed to grow away from us. So how can this be used to improve the experience of humanity? Some people likely can broadcast in that spectrum, and other anomalous electrochemical or physical 'tweaks'. We can probably find ways for electrochemical pathways in the brain to be made more specific or tested. We can find ways to get to the heart of the mental problem. We can organize more effectively and form closer social and familial bonds. We can commune closer with God and ourselves. We can confess to God personally all things and interact with God. We can rationalize world actions such as tasks to be performed more accurately and judge their value of accomplishing in God's place. We will know when we have experienced or believed justice because it will 'ring true' to what is right, and no cell structure or mental pathway will twist or pervert in its emanation from that justice. We could possibly get our brains to do this, to be automatically readjusting machines of faith, before the apple of knowledge of good and evil. Then after that we would judge something inbetween perceiving and emanating.

But how do i produce a song in my head, and have it come out of someone else's head? I suppose those tones are Hz in nature, or have vocal range translations the language center can also be the music center to a degree. Vocalization is also harmonization in a way. I believe that during sleep and states of mental rest cells restore their neurotransmitters to a 'balance' around the brain.

in people with NT restoration difficulties... some chemical or electrical apparatus may make their restoration process slower or possibly disabled, reliant on the production of new neurotransmitters, which takes time and is costly, making free mental function difficult and 'thick' or annoying, which probably becomes their ambient state most of the time, unless they get excited and release a lot of them, momentarily distributing them around the brain freely, to cell areas or neural networks that don't often get many NT.

Then for a time they are up, and excited, and functional. This may also be potent action in people with mood disorders of all kinds. It's probably either electric, systemic, or chemical in the brain. But in the journal Nature today, an international team of scientists led by Aberdeen University not only confirms the effect but also unravels the genetic machinery behind it.

Using sheets of skin in dishes, Min Zhao and Colin McCaig show that electricity flows from the edges of a wound as soon as an incision is made. The current is triggered by positively charged sodium ions coursing through the tissue in one direction and an opposing rush of negatively charged chloride ions, together creating a voltage across the wound about 15 times weaker than an AA battery.

"These natural signals are instantaneous. The moment you make a wound, there's an electrical signal at the wound edge and it lasts as long as it takes the wound to heal up," said Professor McCaig.

Further tests showed epithelial cells, the building blocks of skin tissue, sensed and followed electric fields towards the wound site using two molecular structures, or receptors. One mobilises cells to creep in the direction of the electric field, while the other shuts down any signals that threaten to send the cell off course.

"They're stimulated to move, but they're also told where to find the centre of the wound, so these electrical signals are telling cells, 'get charging, get yourself in there'," Prof McCaig said.

The charge itself is far from rapid. Measurements of individual cells show they encroach on the wound at a speed of 50 micrometres an hour, the equivalent of just over one millimetre a day.

But tests on tissues and genetically modified mice show the healing mechanism can be speeded up by 50% by subjecting wounds to electrical fields or drugs such as prostaglandins that can boost the ability of cells to shunt ions around.

"We can increase the natural electrical signals using a variety of chemicals we'd apply to wounds, and by doing that we can get faster healing. What amazes me is that this has been relatively neglected for such a long time," said Prof McCaig."

Human Population and Moore's Law

Moore's Law states that CPU processor speeds will double every 18 months, and has been remarkably in effect since the early 1980's. Anyone living in the 1980's would tell you that it was very unlikely or impossible to meet that trend, and it has continually surprised us that we have been able to meet it at all. 1994. 1998. 2003. Still ticking.

I believe that a similar principle applies for the earth's ability to sustain life with the use of our technology. Nicholas Nickelby was a story from a hundred or two years ago that commented on the crowded state of London. At the time it must have contained over a million people. Today it contains more than 7 million people. Who thought it possible? Indeed, with ancient technologies it would be impossible to meaningfully sustain 7 million people on 50-60 square miles. But today it is commonplace, and despite certain problems, profitable.

We also have vast stretched of basically uninhabited land out there in the world. We crowd around cities on riverways and ports and train old track crossings because of our fragile social systems of money and labor. As our technology and society advances, we will be able to populate the planet further than this, and further than that. Overcrowding is an artificial condition. Total population X social/technological desperation = crowding. Eventually, I see no problems with the planet, and the solar system in particular, sustaining 20 billion people.

New systems of agriculture and power generation, water purification, transportation, industrial pollutant abatement, and social/civil service generation and education can make a planet with 20 billion people on it feasable, and ecologically sound.
